Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes, most of our Decathlon-branded products come with a minimum 2-year warranty. The warranty period for other brands may vary. For more details, visit our Warranty Page.

How can I recycle my old sports equipment?

Do you offer a rental service for sports equipment?

Yes, we offer a convenient rental service for a variety of sports equipment, perfect for trying out new activities without the commitment of purchasing. Rentals can be ordered online and picked up in-store, with options for short-term or subscription rentals. For more details, visit our Rental Page.

Orders and Shipping

How do I place an order?

Placing an order is easy! Simply browse our products, add your desired items to your cart, and follow the checkout process. If you need assistance, our step-by-step Order Guide can help.

What are your shipping options?

We offer two convenient shipping options to suit your needs:

1Click and Collect (Pick up from Stores): You can choose to pick up your order from one of our designated stores. This option allows you to shop online and collect your items at a time that’s convenient for you, with no additional shipping cost.
2Standard Delivery: We provide standard delivery to any location within Egypt. Delivery times are as follows:
Cairo & Giza: Your order will arrive within 1-3 business days.
Other Regions: For areas outside Cairo and Giza, delivery takes 3-5 business days.

We strive to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible, no matter where you are in Egypt.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

If your order hasn't been processed yet, you can modify or cancel it by contacting our customer service team as soon as possible. Once the order is processed, changes or cancellations are not possible.

Payments and Billing

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer a variety of payment options to make your shopping experience as convenient as possible. You can choose from the following methods:
Credit cards - Debit cards - Smart wallets - Cash on delivery

Will I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, you'll receive both a digital and a physical copy of your invoice. We will send an invoice to your email as soon as your order is confirmed. Additionally, a physical receipt will be included with your order when it is delivered. This way, you have easy access to your purchase details both electronically and on paper.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?

Our return policy varies based on your membership status:

  • Decathlon Members: You can return unwanted products within 60 days, provided they are unused, clean, and in their original packaging. Ensure you use your Decathlon Membership at the time of purchase to enjoy this benefit.
  • Non-Decathlon Members: You have 30 days to return unwanted products under the same conditions, with proof of purchase.

Exclusions: We cannot accept returns for used, unclean, or improperly maintained products, personalized items, or protective equipment due to health and safety reasons. For manufacturing defects, Decathlon branded products come with a 2-year warranty. Returns for defects are handled with repair, exchange, or refund options depending on the situation.

How do I request a refund?

To return your online, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account
2. Select ‘Purchase History’
3. Select 'Details' on the order
4. Select the items you want to return
5. Enter the reason for return in 'Merchandise Return' section
6. Submit your request by clicking 'Request a Return'
Please include in your parcel a written note stating your order number and name. Without this detail we won’t be able to take action on your return.


Please note we are unable to take any returns online for items that have been bought in stores.

If you change your mind and want to return to the store, it is necessary to cancel the online return request.

How will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed using the original payment method you used for your purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: If you paid by card, the refund will be returned to the same card.
  • Smart Wallets: Refunds will be credited back to your smart wallet.
  • Cash on Delivery: If you paid with cash on delivery, we will request your bank account details to transfer the refund directly to your account.
