A rating to compare the environmental impact of products
The environmental impacts of the product are calculated across its entire lifecycle and using various indicators. An overall rating (ABCDE) is given, allowing you to easily identify products with the best environmental performance by comparing similar products to each other (T-shirts, bottoms, backpacks etc.).

Analysing the product's environmental footprint enabled us to identify the most impactful stages of its life cycle. Thanks to this approach, our design teams were able to develop this product while significantly reducing its environmental impact.

MaterialCellulosic Fiber (Lyocell)
Product made of 45% Lyocell which reduces the environmental impact
Lyocell is artificial, 100% cellulosic and biodegradable. It is produced from wood pulp (mainly eucalyptus but also oak or birch) and dissolved in a non-toxic and recyclable solvent. It is manufactured in an almost closed loop process which prevents the chemicals used in the production process from being released into the environment.

Product made of 45% Organically-grown cotton, without GMOs, chemical fertilisers or pesticides
Conventional cotton farming uses a lot of water, fertilisers and pesticides. This leads to degradation of biodiversity and pollution of soil and groundwater. Organic cultivation is done without using chemical fertiliser, pesticides and GMOs (Genetically Modified Organisms), which reduces soil and ground water pollution.
