Why use this evolving ab wheel?
To ensure the Evolving Ab Wheel was effective, we conducted biomechanical tests on 25 sports users (16 beginners and 9 advanced) by comparing it with the Classic Ab Wheel.
100% of the beginners found the movement easier with the Evolving Ab Wheel and were able to go 7 cm farther during the movement. Users are able to maintain a better degree of curve in their lumbar spine with the Evolving Ab Wheel, and the effort felt in the abs is just as intense.
And its pad protects your knees!
What makes this wheel evolving?
This wheel is evolving, since the length of the strap adapts to your progress: as the movement becomes easier, you can extend the strap. The little pad connected to the strap allows beginners to place their knees correctly and train comfortably.
When the strap is no longer useful to you, just take it off!
Use your evolving wheel in complete safety
To correctly use the evolving wheel, place your knees on the pad, start with the strap at its shortest setting, and start to lower your entire body forwards, including your hips. If that is too easy, you can extend the strap. The markings on the strap allow you to get your bearings between workouts and see your progress.
Do not leave your hips behind you or hollow your back.
The maximum weight supported by the evolving wheel is 110 kg.
Our coach's advice on using the evolving ab wheel
Adjust the strap to do high-quality reps: without hollowing the back at all.
Do 3 sets of 5 reps, add one rep at each workout until you reach 3 sets of 10 reps.
Change the adjustment of the strap so that it helps you less, and start again with sets of 3x6 reps. And so on, until you can remove the strap!
Use the wheel 2-3 times a week and complete your work with other exercises and core.
