This wider handle can also act as a mini-band for thigh exercises. For an optimal grip, we recommend using handles 1, 2, 3, or 4 during your workouts.

Caring for your elastic band

After use, clean the elastic band with a damp cloth and allow it to air dry to extend its life span.
